Terms of Sale and Use

These terms cover your use of bbhq.nfcg.io and anything you buy there. Please read them. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Brick by Brick HQ is a trade name (DBA) of Cranston Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered to do business in New Hampshire as a foreign LLC. "We," "us," and "our" mean Cranston Holdings LLC doing business as Brick by Brick HQ.

2. You must be an adult

You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy anything. Children may enjoy our children's books when a grown-up reads with them, but children may not create accounts, sign in, or buy.

3. What we sell

  • AI field guides. Digital guides you read in your members Library as page images. They are view-only. There are no downloads.
  • Quick Terms. Short lookups of AI terms.
  • Practice exams. Practice questions to help you prepare for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam (AIF-C01) and the Claude Certified Associate: Foundations exam (CCAO-F).
  • Children's books. Picture books meant to be read with a grown-up, viewed in your members Library like our other books. They are view-only.

Product pages describe what each purchase includes. If a product page and these terms disagree about what is included, the product page controls.

4. Your account and signing in

There are no passwords. To sign in, you enter your email and we send you a one-time sign-in link. After you click it, a cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.

  • Use an email account only you can open.
  • Do not forward, post, or share your sign-in links. A sign-in link opens your account and your Library.
  • Tell us right away at bbhq_support@nfcg.io if you think someone else has used your account.

5. How buying works

We use Stripe Checkout with Stripe Managed Payments. Your order is "Sold through Link." That means:

  • Link (operated by Stripe through Sold through Link, LLC) is the seller of record for the payment. It collects payment and any sales tax, sends your receipt, and handles payment and transaction support.
  • Your card statement will show "LINK.COM*" followed by our descriptor.
  • You can view your orders and receipts at https://app.link.com.
  • Link's own terms also apply to your purchase, including its Sold Through Link Terms: https://link.com/terms

We are responsible for the products themselves and for your Library access.

Prices are shown at checkout. Prices may change, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for.

6. Your license

When you buy a product, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view it in your Library for your own non-commercial use. You are buying access, not the content itself. We and our licensors keep all rights not given to you.

You may not:

  • copy, download, screenshot in bulk, scrape, record, or print the content to get around the view-only design,
  • share, resell, rent, lend, or give access to anyone else,
  • share your sign-in links or sign-in cookie,
  • remove watermarks or notices,
  • use the content to train or tune AI models,
  • try to get around our access controls, or
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms the site or other users.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules. If we end your access because you broke these rules, you will not get a refund unless the law requires one.

7. How long access lasts

You keep Library access to products you bought for as long as we operate the Library, unless your purchase is refunded, charged back, or ended under section 6. If we ever close the Library, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email.

We may update, correct, or improve products over time. We may also remove a product from sale. If we stop selling a product you bought, you keep access to it.

8. Refunds

Refund rules come from two places:

  1. Link's rules. You can ask Link support for a refund at https://support.link.com. Under Link's current rules, it may refund an order within 60 days if, for example, you did not receive the product, it is significantly not as described, it is damaged or corrupted, or the payment was not authorized or was duplicated.
  2. Our own goodwill policy. If you are not happy with a purchase, email bbhq_support@nfcg.io within 14 days of buying and we will refund it. This adds to your rights under Link's rules and the law. It does not replace them.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.

9. AI content

Some content we sell is written or illustrated with help from AI tools, then reviewed by people. Even so:

  • It may contain mistakes, gaps, or out-of-date information. AI tools and cloud services change quickly.
  • It is general education, not professional, legal, financial, security, or technical advice for your situation.
  • Check important facts against official sources before you rely on them.

10. Practice exams are not official

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., or Anthropic, PBC.
  • Our practice exams are our own work. They are not official exams, are not real exam questions, and are not provided by any certification body.
  • A good score on our practice exams does not mean you will pass a real exam.
  • Exam content, rules, and fees are set by the exam owners and may change. Check the official exam pages before you book.

AWS and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Anthropic and Claude are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. We use these names only to describe what our products help you study for.

11. Our content and your feedback

The site and all products, text, images, and designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these terms, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free.

Some places do not allow these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, and
  • our total liability for any claim about the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about, or $50, whichever is greater.

Some places do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

14. Disputes

Please contact us first at bbhq_support@nfcg.io. Most problems can be fixed quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any court case will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Strafford County, New Hampshire, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Either of us may use small claims court for a claim that qualifies.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, give notice on the site or by email. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change, unless the law allows it or you agree.

16. Other terms

  • Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information: https://bbhq.nfcg.io/privacy/
  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer these terms or your license. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
  • These terms, the Privacy Notice, the Refund and Access page, and the product page for your order are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and products.
