Refunds and Library Access

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This page explains how to get a refund from Brick by Brick HQ and what happens to your Library after one. Brick by Brick HQ is a trade name of Cranston Holdings LLC.

Two ways to get a refund

1. Ask us (14-day goodwill policy)

If you are not happy with a purchase, email bbhq_support@nfcg.io within 14 days of buying. Please send it from the email you used to buy and include your order number from your receipt. We will refund the purchase. No long explanation needed.

2. Ask Link (60-day buyer protection)

Your order was "Sold through Link," so Link's buyer rules also apply. You can ask Link for a refund within 60 days of purchase if, for example:

  • you did not receive the product,
  • it is significantly not as described or not fit for purpose,
  • it was damaged or corrupted, or
  • the payment was not authorized, or you were charged twice.

To ask Link:

  1. Sign in at https://app.link.com.
  2. Choose "Contact support," then "Help with a Purchase," and pick the order.
  3. Explain the reason and add your receipt if you can.

If you checked out as a guest, go to https://support.link.com and choose the option for a charge from Link.com.

Link's refund steps and rules are set by Link and may change. Link's current instructions: https://support.link.com/questions/requesting-a-refund-for-a-sold-through-link-payment

These options add to any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

How long a refund takes

  • Link says it may take up to 5 business days to review a request it receives.
  • Once approved, refunds usually show up on your card or account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Link emails the refund notice. The refund includes any sales tax you paid.

What happens to your Library after a refund

  • Access to the refunded product ends. Once Stripe reports the refund, that product leaves your Library the next time you sign in, and within 30 days on any device that is already signed in.
  • Your other purchases are not affected. Anything you bought and did not refund stays in your Library.
  • Bundles. If you refund a bundle, every item in that bundle leaves your Library.
  • Partial refunds. If we give a partial refund, you keep access.
  • Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking for a refund, access to that product is paused while the dispute is open and ends if the charge is reversed.
  • Your practice exam scores. Scores are stored only in your browser, so a refund does not delete them. They simply stay on your device until you clear your browser data. We cannot see or remove them.
  • Buying again. You can buy a refunded product again later at the current price. The 14-day goodwill refund applies once per product.

When we may say no

We may decline a goodwill refund if:

  • the request comes after 14 days,
  • the account shows signs of sharing or bulk copying in breach of our Terms of Sale and Use, or
  • the same product has already been refunded to you before.

If we say no, you can still ask Link under its rules, and any rights you have under the law still apply.
